Returns and Exchanges

If you have purchased a Rival Athletics product online through the rivalathletics.com web store within the past 30 days, your purchase is eligible for return or exchange, under the terms and conditions set forth in our Product Warranty and Return Policy.   To request a Return/Exchange: Please e-mail Orders@rivalathletics.com, have your order# clearly stated in the e-mail.  A customer service representative, will respond within 24 Hours. All Returns/Exchanges are required to have a RA# prior to returning.  Shipments returned without a RA# will be refused.

RETURN POLICY

  Rival Athletics assumes no liability for loss or damage of returned packages. If you are not using the automated return process, Rival Athletics recommends insuring return package with tracking via your preferred courier service. Rival Athletics reserves the right to refuse any return that has evidence of use or alterations (such as screen printing or embroidery) by customer. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. Returns are subject to 10% restocking fee. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, credit will be processed against the credit card used for the purchase. If you paid by money order, we will mail you a refund. Please allow 10-15 business days after our receipt for processing your credit or mailing your refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Rival Athletics will gladly exchange unused products for 30 days.  Please follow the above listed return policy for a quick and easy exchange.
